SPECIAL CAUTION ABOUT THE USE OF EMAIL

This Chamber provides buying services for foreign companies that want to buy Polish products and it provides services to foreign companies that want to export to Poland.The staff of this chamber does not buy products and does not sell for a commission.

Notwithstanding the fact that Polish law makes it illegal to send commercial offers (letters of introduction, offers for your product, or any other offer for business cooperation) by email to anyone in Poland without their prior express written consent, this chamber has a ZERO tolerance policy for spam. Unsolicted offers or letters of introduction asking us to buy your products or requests to send you lists of importers or requests to send you inquiries are Spam. Because we get several hundred such letters every day, we use a spam blocking system that is used to refuse such mail and adds the sending email addresses to a blacklist. So please follow our procedures so that 1) you do not subject yourself to criminal prosecution or 2) so that our spam blocking system does not ban and blacklist you. If you are blacklisted your email is automatically blacklisted in 8 domains that we control in Eastern Europe.
